At Prime Vanilla Madagascar, LLC, we are committed to delivering premium products and exceptional service. Below are the details of our updated return policy to reflect our commitment to customer satisfaction:

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
  • Original Packaging: The item must remain sealed in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase:  A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Perishable Goods: Returns are accepted only if the product is still sealed or if the issue is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product).

2. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or unsealed perishable goods (e.g., vanilla beans)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@primevanillamadagascar.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Return Approval: We will verify your claim and, if eligible, provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Once your return is authorized, ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product).

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us at contact@primevanillamadagascar.com with your order details and photos of the damage.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

8. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item or defect). Use a trackable service, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
