1. Shipping Destinations

Prime Vanilla Madagascar, LLC primarily serves customers in the USA and Canada. While we may accept international orders in the future, our current marketplace focus is exclusively on these two regions.

Please note: Free shipping is available only for U.S. orders.

2. Shipping Times

  • USA Orders: 
    • Orders are processed within 24 hours.
    • Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days.
  • Canada Orders: 
    • Orders are processed within 48 hours.
    • Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs clearance, local postal services, and unforeseen delays.

U.S. Postal Service will resume acceptance of mail and packages to Canada

As of January 06, 2025, The U.S. Postal Service will resume acceptance of mail and packages to Canada. Canada Post has made significant progress in clearing delayed volumes caused by their employee strike, and now commercial and retail customers, as well as those using online systems, will be able to send mail and packages to Canada once again.  https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/international/canada-suspension.htm

3. Free Shipping

  • U.S. Orders Only:
    • ​Free shipping is available for all orders.
    • ​Free two-day shipping applies to U.S. orders totaling $40 or more.

⚠️ FedEx 2Day services deliver within two business days, excluding weekends and holidays unless specified. Delivery times may vary based on shipment cut-off times, location, and unforeseen delays such as weather or operational disruptions.

4. Processing Times

  • U.S. Orders: Processed within 24 hours of order confirmation.
  • Canada Orders: Allow up to 48 hours for processing.

Processing time refers to the preparation of your order for shipping, including order verification, quality check, and packaging

5. Shipping Partners

To ensure prompt delivery, we use trusted courier services such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. However, couriers are responsible for on-time delivery, and delays beyond our control may occur.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for Canada orders are calculated based on the destination, weight, and size of the package. Exact shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before finalizing your purchase.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so that you can monitor the delivery progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For Canada orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Prime Vanilla Madagascar, LLC is not liable for additional charges incurred during customs clearance.

9. Shipping Delays

Although we aim to deliver within the estimated time frame, delays due to unforeseen factors such as carrier issues or customs clearance may occur. We will notify you of significant delays and work to resolve them.

10. Lost or Damaged Items

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at contact@primevanillamadagascar.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, offer a replacement or refund.
